IT solution provider Exebridge has earned the network virtualization solution competency from VMware (VMW), meaning it has the company’s full endorsement to sell VMware NSX solutions to its customers.
The competency was designed to allow partners to identify additional networking and security opportunities with existing customers and develop new customer relations, all while boosting their stock with VMware in the software-defined network market, according to the announcement.
The Houston-based company is currently a VMware Enterprise Partner.
“We are pleased to announce that Exebridge has achieved the VMware Network Virtualization Specialization,” said Derek Flint, Exebridge president and CEO, in a statement. “This specialization serves as a key differentiator for Exebridge in our ability to securely design, deploy and support our customers with their software-defined initiatives.”
Cole Hartmann, Virtual Partner Sales manager at VMware, added: “At VMware, one of our primary focuses is to ensure our partners are well educated with our products. By acquiring the VMware Network Virtualization Competency, Exebridge demonstrates the determination to stay innovative and to provide better networking and security solutions to their customers.”
