Automation and the MSP: What You Need to Know

  • February 24, 2017
Automation is an important topic for MSPs. And the reason is simple: The more you automate your repeatable tasks, the more efficient your business becomes and the more costs you remove from the business. Beyond that, as you automate repeatable tasks, you minimize the chances of error, and so your services to customers become not only consistent and predictable, but better overall. MSPs that still rely too much on manual tasks are doing themselves and their customers a disservice. When you think about it, the MSP model exists thanks to automation. It was the automation of IT monitoring and management that made managed services possible in the first place. You wouldn’t have remote services without some form of automation. Listen in to hear George Anderson from Webroot tell us more about it.
