Level Platforms: SaaS Business Growing 200% Annually

The majority (about 85 percent) of Level Platforms' business involves on-premise managed services software deployments. But in terms of raw growth, Level Platforms' SaaS business has been rising about 200 percent year-over-year, estimates CEO Peter Sandiford. But that's not all.

At CompTIA Breakaway 2009, Sandiford shared that SaaS detail -- and several other thoughts (involving interoperability, SaaS and cloud strategies) -- during this MSPmentor FastChat Video:

Level Platforms isn't alone in its managed services quest for interoperability. Most of the major MSP software platform providers are partnering up through open APIs (application programming interfaces) and related integration work.

At Level Platforms, for instance, Manged Workplace can now remotely monitor the availability and response time of Intermedia hosted Exchange email inboxes. Intermedia is one of the largest independent email hosting providers.
