SnapLogic Raises $37.5M to Accelerate Growth and Expand Internationally. SnapLogic has secured $37.5 million in a funding round, with participation from Microsoft (MSFT), Silver Lake Waterman, Andreessen Horowitz, Ignition Partners and Triangle Peak Partners. The integrated platform-as-a-service (IPaaS) provider said the funding will enable it to accelerate its growth and expand globally.
ItsOn Raises $12.5 Million to Help Finance Worldwide Expansion of Smart Services Platform. ItsOn, a provider of cloud-based solutions designed to enhance the performance of mobile networks, has secured $12.5 million in a Series D funding round led by Delta Partners Capital Limited. The funding round also included participation from Verizon Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Tenaya Capital and other existing investors. ItsOn said the funding will allow it "to install new global data centers to support market launches in South America, Middle East, Africa and Europe."
Orckestra Raises $12M in Series B Funding Led by Fonds de Solidarité FTQ for Its Innovative Orckestra Commerce Cloud. Orckestra has raised $12 million in a Series B funding round, with participation from Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Fondaction CSN and W Investments. The cloud-based commerce solutions provider pointed out the funding will allow it to maintain its North American sales capabilities and increase its European presence.
CloudEndure Raises $7 Million to Meet Disaster Recovery Demand. Disaster recovery solutions provider CloudEndure has added $7 million in a funding round led by Infosys and Magma Venture Partners. CloudEndure noted it will use the funding to scale its marketing and sales operations.
Channel Mechanics Raises $2.3M in Angel Funding. Channel Mechanics has secured $2.3 million in an angel funding round that included participation from Enterprise Ireland and other investors. The company, which offers a cloud-based channel enablement software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, noted the funding will enable it to bolster its U.S. presence.
