Managed services provider Softchoice is the first provider in North America to offer the Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft CPS, the company announced Wednesday.

The solution is designed to simplify cloud adoption, provide hybrid cloud governance, control and policy-based automation for Azure and other cloud environments.

Softchoice is recognized as a Dell National Solution Provider and Dell Canada’s Channel Partner of the Year for the 2106 fiscal year. It is also a designated Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, and is the top Microsoft cloud partner in Canada, and third in the US, by revenue.

Softchoice was selected as an early adopter of the Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft CPS because of our deep expertise delivering Microsoft, Dell and hybrid IT solutions, said Mark Connell, Director Business Development, Datacenter at Softchoice. “No-one is better positioned than Softchoice to drive the implementation of a hybrid cloud system that integrates the best of Microsoft and Dell into one cohesive, agile infrastructure.

Softchoice boasts hundreds of engineers ready to help organizations migrate, as well as to assist with designing and implementing data center and hybrid solutions.

“When delivering Microsoft solutions, Softchoice wants to ensure we bring the best fit to our clients’ needs,” said Craig McQueen, Director of Softchoice’s Microsoft Practice. “The Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft CPS fills the gap for businesses that need a hybrid environment and we are delighted to be leading this conversation with our customers.”

Dell extended its hybrid cloud management platform to Azure in July, as it makes its pitch to be a go-to service provider for managed hybrid cloud.
