Global systems integrator and solutions provider SADA Systems has launched a new service intended to help customers move their IT infrastructure environments to the Microsoft (MSFT) Azure cloud infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) offering.

SADA’s new Infrastructure Migration to Microsoft Azure is has been tailored as a consultative service that consists of three phases, enabling organizations to leverage Azure and cutting the costs and time associated with infrastructure maintenance and upkeep.

This isn’t SADA’s first foray into the Azure world. Infrastructure Migration to Microsoft Azure joins the company’s Active Directory Federation Services (AFDS) in Azure service. The new service aims to provide organizations with the ability to consolidate their data centers by using Azure.

“Infrastructure Migration to Azure helps organizations modernize and streamline their infrastructure by moving key processes to the cloud,” said Russel Buetow, national director of Sales for the Microsoft practice at SADA Systems, in a prepared statement. “SADA Systems is investing in Azure because we have recognized its robust set of capabilities, which allows organizations continuity of business function experience, whether their workload is on-premises or done in Azure. We understand that organizations can’t be forced to rewrite their applications to take advantage of the cloud, and they need to be able to run workloads when, where and how they need.”

According to the SADA, it is also providing technical training services to ensure end users are able to effectively use the new Azure-based services.
