OneNeck Product Strategy SVP and CTO Clint Harder says the solution will "improve the ability for ReliaCloud to support the entire back office application portfolio."

OneNeck IT Solutions added Microsoft (MSFT) Dynamics AX to its cloud-based hosting platform ReliaCloud this week, creating a new offering for its channel partners to take to market.

The new service called AX on ReliaCloud enables businesses to deploy Microsoft Dynamics AX, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, on an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform.

OneNeck Product Strategy SVP and CTO Clint Harder told Talkin' Cloud that the addition of Dynamics AX support on ReliaCloud further expands ReliaCloud's suite of services that partners can offer and improves the support the company can provide for entire back office application portfolio.

"We believe Microsoft Dynamics AX is a strong candidate for delivery from enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, but it was very important to build a platform and set of processes specific to the needs of AX," he said.

The new service provides both infrastructure and application support as a single monthly fee, Harder said, adding that AX on ReliaCloud can support customers who already have their own AX licensing.

Additionally, OneNeck is offering Dynamics AX as a service solution, branded as Dynamics AXaaS. The solution includes the necessary Microsoft AX licensing as part of the monthly service.

Harder said OneNeck will continue to expand its support for additional ERP packages and additional point solutions in 2014 to improve security and continuity around application delivery for its channel partners.
