MicroCorp is joining TPx Communications‘ national partner program, giving its sales partners access to TPx’s portfolio of UC, managed IT, continuity and connectivity offerings.
MicroCorp says it enables its agents, as well as VARs and MSPs, to deliver advanced data, voice, UC and data-center services to their business clients.
“MicroCorp is one of the industry’s leading master agencies and has a proven track record of performing for their selling partners and suppliers,” said Jim Delis, TPx’s senior vice president of national channel development. “All of us at TPx are looking forward to working with the MicroCorp team and supporting their selling partners with our exceptional customer service and our robust portfolio of solutions that help businesses thrive.”
MicroCorp president Phil Keenan said the TPx agreement adds “depth and diversification” to his company’s portfolio of cloud offerings and managed services.
“We’re further encouraged by TPx’s investment in channel field resources to help our partners build their business in these key areas,” he said. “TPx’s growth and aggressive approach in UC, managed security and managed services is increasingly appealing to our agent portfolio. A direct relationship with TPx became a natural fit as MicroCorp’s UC business has experienced growth.”
TPx’s cloud-based UC platform, UCx, provides a suite of tools that help businesses communicate – call, chat, share desktops or transfer files – in real time. The company has invested in national channel growth, bringing on and promoting a number of channel executives, hiring more than 20 new channel managers and creating a service provisioning team for agent partners.
Last week, TPx added CNSG as a new master-agent partner to distribute its services.
