M7 Global Partners

The seven North American solution providers — AEC Group, Agile 360/Entisys Systems, Gotham Technology Group, IntraSystems, IPM, LPS Integration, and Right! Systems — generate more than $250 million in combined annual revenues. The companies represent more than 450 employees and more than 200 consultants and engineers. M7 Global Partners represents 3,000 customers, ISVs, and systems integrators across the consortium. The organization has strategic alliances in place with virtualization companies like Microsoft, Citrix (in fact, all seven companies are Citrix Platinum Partners), HP, Akamai, AppSense, and Wyse.

Earlier this week, M7 Global Partners signaled a laser-like focus on the virtualization and cloud markets. Myron Bari, CEO of IPM and CFO of M7 Global Partners, said in a prepared statement:

“All of the M7 partners are recognized as the best-of-class virtualization solution providers in our respective regions. Now, with the development of the network, we have the opportunity to deliver that same level of service across the country and ultimately across the world.”

No doubt, some VARs and MSPs have been joining peer groups to gain economies of scale, business education, and access to additional additional customer opportunities. Roughly 250 solutions providers, for instance, participate in HTG Peer Groups. M7 Global Partners isn’t exactly a peer group, but the organization certainly seems to offer solutions providers (and customers) economies of scale.
