Blue Box Raises Additional $4M in Funding for Private Cloud as a Service. Blue Box has completed a Series B round of financing, bringing the total funding of this round to $14 million. The PCaaS solutions provider has raised a total of $23.1 million in funds since 2012.
Entisys Purchases Premier IT Solutions to Expand Enterprise Data Center Practice. Entisys Solutions has acquired Premier IT Solutions, a company specializing in software testing and performance monitoring. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
