CiRBA says relationship with Gotham Technology Group will help balance capacity supply and demand in virtualized and cloud infrastructure.

CiRBA on Monday said Gotham Technology Group has agreed to distribute its software by becoming one of its value-added resellers (VARs).

As part of the deal, Gotham, a technology solutions provider, will resell CiRBA’s Automated Capacity Control software in conjunction with its virtualization and private cloud services to Fortune 500 enterprises in the Northeast region of the United States.

“Gotham is a highly respected solutions provider in the region and we are very pleased to have them take our industry-leading solution to market,” said Chuck Tatham, senior vice president of Marketing and Business Development at CiRBA in a prepared statement.

Gotham CTO Ken Phelan said in a prepared statement that the capacity control issues are holding the company’s customers back from achieving their ROI and service level goals.

“CiRBA has developed a solution that revolutionizes how IT organizations manage capacity and application demand in order to ensure that the right amount of resource is appropriately applied and nothing more,” he said.

CiRBA’s software balances infrastructure supply and demand in virtual and cloud infrastructure, aiming to eliminate capacity risk and drive enterprise efficiency.
