GoSuite Offers Cloud SMB Marketing, Customer Management

GramercyOne, an international cloud-based business management and marketing solutions provider, has developed GoSuite, a new offering to help SMBs boost their marketing campaigns and manage their customers. The cloud-based software can be leveraged as an extension to GamercyOne’s Booker platform, which includes point-of-sale (POS), mobile scheduling and other features to help businesses run more efficiently.

GoSuite is targeted at private, local merchants and independent professionals that need help streamlining their every tasks. The GoSuite cloud software solution is free and includes two different services: GoBook and GoPromote. Here’s a description of the services, provided by GramercyOne:

GoBook: Provides service businesses with an online appointment book and the ability to offer online, mobile and Facebook booking to customers. GoBook also provides tools for managing customer records and profiles, as well as a real-time dashboard for tracking crucial statistics such as total appointments and revenue, top customers, conversion rates and more. GoBook “enables small businesses to maximize the impact of daily deals, manage the influx of bookings, and meet the challenge of turning new customers into repeat business,” said GrameryOne CEO Josh McCarter.

GoPromote: Building on the concept of driving more value from deals and specials, GoPromote allows businesses to develop their own specials and deals, promote them through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and FourSquare, and then track inbound customers to see which campaigns and platforms are most effective.

GramercyOne’s cloud solutions targeted mainly at SMBs have slipped passed us until now, but the company hasn’t slipped past SMBs trying manage their growing clientele. Moreover, GramercyOne has caught the attention of VCs: In mid-October, the New York-based cloud business management and marketing provider secured $14.9 million in Series A financing led by Revolution Ventures.
