Experts Wanted: 10 Quora Questions for MSPs in the Cloud

If you’re one of those MSPs who is savvy with social media marketing, then you already know that Quora is one of the best resources for both gaining knowledge and sharing your expertise with others. You might also know that it’s a great way to find new clients.  

If you didn’t know that, well, now you do. So whether you’re new to Quora or a seasoned vet, I wanted to highlight a few current questions in need of your expertise. What’s in it for you? At the very least, it will be a useful exercise in answering some of the challenging questions you receive from prospects on a daily basis. At most, it will point you in the direction of new business opportunities – either new offerings or new customers.

Here are 10 questions that stood out to me. Take a look:

  1. What is the best way for a mid-sized company to support encrypted secure cloud based file sharing?

  2. Are there any Enterprise Cloud sharing solutions like DropBox but that suit a larger user base. I.e. where only a client needs to be installed on each machine and it will store files locally or easily allow remote access to files?

  3. Apart from security what are the main concerns for businesses regarding a good file sharing and collaboration solution?

  4. What are the priorities MSPs look for in an online file sharing solution while providing to businesses?

  5. What would you improve about online file sharing?

  6. How do large enterprises currently share files?

  7. How to share a large folder of files with someone without them having to join any new service?

  8. Is there a file sharing service that allows me to create admin-level logins for a handful of users and allow limited access to a wider group of users?

  9. How will cloud computing impact IT managed service providers?

  10. What does a HIPAA compliant cloud provide?
