Cable providers continue to work with their partners to drive up-market, delivering a wider variety of services to ever-larger companies, our eighth annual State of the Market Survey shows. SD-WAN and Gigabit Ethernet are taking off, and survey respondents like having access to multiple cablecos through one agent agreement.

But we also saw some warning lights: Partners see room for improvement in the overall quality of network services, and about one-third say there are products their customers want to buy that cablecos are not selling in their service areas.
