Arrow Electronics partners will now find the BitTitan MSP Complete managed services automation platform available through ArrowSphere, the distributor’s cloud marketplace and enablement platform.

BitTitan MSP Complete, designed for IT service providers, MSPs, VARs and system integrators, helps them manage end-user cloud deployments. It helps partners standardize service delivery via its automated platform.

“The BitTitan MSPComplete platform on ArrowSphere will help our MSPs accelerate and optimize their managed services business and simplify the process of transitioning end-customers to the cloud,” said Steve Robinson, vice president of Arrow’s global cloud business.

The MSPComplete Service Library features more than 100 migration and turnkey managed services around Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft FastTrack, Azure, EMS, Dropbox Business, Amazon, Box and Google G Suite, with new services added and updated weekly. In addition, MSPs and other providers can use the platform to create custom services and IP by adding tasks to an existing service, or by building an entirely new service, BitTitan said.

The MSPComplete user interface is designed for seamless navigation, providing MSPs with visibility and insight into their business from a central dashboard. The platform helps MSPs and other solution providers automate and standardize workflows, centrally manage internal employees and external customers, and formalize better processes for delivering projects, services and customer experience.

ArrowSphere is a cloud marketplace for the channel. Via ArrowSphere xSP, MSPs manage their cloud service provider software-license programs, and source IaaS and SaaS offerings.
