8x8 Taps CallidusCloud to Streamline Partner Commission Process

(NASDAQ: CALD) — 8×8, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based unified communications and contact center solutions, has selected CallidusCloud Commissions to streamline the company’s incentives and commission payment processes for its direct sales force and channel sales partners. The agreement was completed in September.

Following a Sales Performance Management market evaluation, 8×8 selected CallidusCloud for its usability, track record of innovation, complementary product suite and the ability to deliver a scalable solution. CallidusCloud Commissions will replace manual commission management processes to ensure on-time, accurate payment and provide the agility to make changes to 8×8’s compensation plans as needed.
