RackWare Raises $2.3M for Cloud-based Product Innovation, Awareness. The Santa Clara, California-based cloud management solutions company has secured $2.3 million in financing to fund the expansion of its sales and marketing operations, grow its geographic footprint and speed up product innovation.

SaaS Document, Email Management Vendor NetDocuments Raises $25M. NetDocuments has received $25 million from Frontier Capital to “provide higher levels of customer service” to its customers. A Frontier spokesperson told Talkin’ Cloud that NetDocuments’ cloud-based service and strong management team made it an ideal investment partner for the company.

VMware Invests in JFrog’s $7M Financing Round. The software delivery management company aid it has secured $7 million in Series B financing led by VMware (VMW). This financing round includes a follow-up investment from Gemini Ventures.

DICOM Grid raises $6M for digital medical imaging platform. Phoenix, Arizona-based digital medical imaging platform company DICOM Grid has received $6 million funding led by Canaan Partners.
