Bloomfire: The collaboration software provider has launch its global partner program, as it looks to forge new channel and technology partnerships. The company hopes to attract new customer segments internationally while adding an indirect sales channel its business, according to the company.

"International expansion and developing a channel sales model are critical to Bloomfire's strategy and ongoing success," said Trey Tramonte, president and CEO of Bloomfire, in a statement. "We are making very strategic investments in the channel and with leading technology vendors to provide increased value to customers and ensure that our collaboration platform is available to organizations around the world."

Bloomfire also tapped Chad Gailey as vice president of Business Development, tasked with growing the company’s strategic relationships and fostering expansion into new markets. Gailey previously was senior director at CA Technologies prior to his appointment.

OneNeck IT Solutions: The IT hardware and professional services provider signed a new contract with Frontier Co-op, a natural and organic products supplier, to provide the company with Cisco-based IT hardware. OneNeck will also work with Frontier Co-op to deliver a complete IT assessment and roadmap, in addition upgrading the company’s wireless network.

“With the important business initiatives we have planned for the coming years, we need to improve the functionality of our IT system,” said Tim Kleppe, IT manager at Frontier Co-op. “Through our partnership with OneNeck, I’m confident we will be able to not only improve, but maximize our system.”

TCN: The cloud-based call center technology provider announced a partnership with CarrierSales, a telecom master agency, to promote Platform 3.0, the company’s cloud-based contact center suite, to CarrierSales’ agent network of VARs, MSPs, system integrators, telecom resellers and hardware vendors.

“We are excited about our partnership with CarrierSales, one of the largest and most esteemed master agencies in the country, and introducing the benefits of our unique, advanced cloud-based call center suite to its sales partner network,” said Terrel Bird, CEO of TCN. “With the adoption of cloud-based technologies on the rise, we are confident that our technology will help generate additional business opportunities for CarrierSales’ partners and give them a competitive edge in the growing marketplace.”

CarrierSales’ partnership with TCN is also expected to strengthen the company’s hosted contact center offerings to sales partners with the addition of Platform 3.0, according to the announcement. Partners will be able to generate sales opportunities through Platform 3.0’s API tools as well, which allow integration with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics.
