Intronis Online Backup: Pure Channel Partner Strategy
Like many emerging technology companies, Intronis Technologies originally had a blended direct and indirect sales strategy. But going forward, the online backup and recovery SaaS specialist will exclusively sell through the channel. Here’s the scoop.
Most of Intronis’s revenue already involves channel partners, notes Eric Webster, VP of sales and client services at Intronis. However, the Intronis web site each day receives roughly 10 direct end-user sales leads. Going forward, Intronis will direct those leads to its channel partners, Webster disclosed during CompTIA Breakaway 2009 in Las Vegas.
