Polycom: Carousel Industries has been recognized as the 2013 Polycom Systems Integrator of North America. The award was presented at the recent Team Polycom event in Vancouver, Canada.
Carousel Industries won the award based on its performance as an integrator while focusing on customer needs and solutions.
"We are honored to be recognized as Polycom Systems Integrator of the Year,” said James Marsh, senior vice president of Sales at Carousel Industries. “Carousel remains committed to integration so we can provide an unparalleled customer experience in each of our focused business practices including data, unified communications, voice, video, cloud and services."
NewVoiceMedia: The cloud contact center solutions provider has appointed E.J. Tague as vice president of Sales, North America Western Region.
Tague has more than 15 years’ sales experience, and most recently was senior director of Sales at Kontagent. He also has had stints at RightNow Technologies and Oracle, where he managed an enterprise team of sales representatives and regional managers.
“NewVoiceMedia is growing at more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact center market and we have doubled our number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for our technology,” said CEO Jonathan Gale. “E.J. joining the team marks another important appointment as we continue to strengthen the business and our relationship with Salesforce. With his extensive industry expertise and leadership experience, E.J. will be invaluable in his new role with us.”
Juniper Networks: Copper River IT was awarded Juniper’s East Region Partner of the Year 2013 during its annual Juniper Networks Global Partner Conference, held recently in Las Vegas.
Copper River IT was recognized for its highest levels of sales, customer service excellence, technology expertise and service specializations. The solution provider serves government agencies as well as verticals including service provider, health care and education.
