Howdy partners, and welcome back to the roundup. If you’re looking to wet your whistle with the latest channel partner news, you’re in the right place. We’ve got the latest news from xMatters and Continuum, so let’s get started.
xMatters: Cloud communication solution provider xMatters launched its Global Partner Program this week to unite the company’s international community of resellers under a single banner.
All of xMatters’ 200-plus partners now have access to standard partner program features including revenue opportunities, sales and marketing programs as well as increased margins via the company’s xCelebrate Program, according to the announcement.
“The quality and quantity of partners in our Global Partner Program is a testament to the strong demand spanning industries and geographies for real-time, interactive and automated communications across the enterprise,” said Mike Desai, vice president of Corporate and Global Business Development at xMatters, in a statement. “Whether it’s a large global ISV, a telecommunications partner company in Asia, or a new startup, the market for intelligent communications is ripe with the opportunity to help businesses optimize their collaboration and workflow around any business process.”
Continuum: In conjunction with its Navigate 2015 conference, managed IT service solutions provider Continuum has established Sept. 29, 2015, as Continuum Veterans Foundation Day. The nonprofit group was founded in 2012 to provide financial support to local and national charities helping veterans find work in the IT industry, according to the announcement.
Continuum worked with Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman to create the official Veterans Foundation Day. The company also recognized the 46 veterans in attendance at this year’s show during a ceremony.
“We are honored to have Sept. 29, 2015, proclaimed as Continuum Veterans Foundation Day in the City of Las Vegas,” said Michael George, CEO at Continuum. “Anytime we get to recognize, honor and thank a veteran is a good day. And during Navigate 2015, we had the opportunity to thank our many MSP partners who were in attendance at our user conference and have served this great nation.”
That’s all for now, but we hope to see you back here next week for more of the good, the bad, and the ugly straight from your favorite channel partners. Until then, stay safe out there.
