Channel Partner Program Roundup: ServerCentral, Trustwave
ServerCentral: StrataCore, a data center, IT infrastructure, telecommunications and cloud-services agent, has joined ServerCentral’s channel partner program, giving StrataCore agents the ability to sell ServerCentral’s suite of data center and cloud services including private, multi-tenant and hybrid clouds, as well as cabinets, dedicated servers, and private cages.
“We rely on strong channel relationships like this one to take us to market much faster than we’d otherwise get there on our own,” said Peter Berg, VP of sales and marketing at ServerCentral. “What’s more, StrataCore’s longstanding customer relationships provide us incredible feedback we put directly to use in developing world class solutions. With the speed of adoption of cloud and managed infrastructure, this really gives us an edge as we keep ahead of service development curve.”
TrustWave: The provider of cloud-based compliance and information security solutions unveiled its new Trustwave PartnerFocus Program, which augments and expands the partner program it gained with its acquisition of M86 Security in March.
“We’ve taken the best features of M86 Security’s global partner program and expanded it with hundreds of new tools and resources, along with dedicated sales, marketing and technical support to help our channel partners grow their business profitably,” said Mike Bartlett, senior vice president of sales for Trustwave.
The expanded partner program now includes:
- Upgraded Margins and Deal Registration – Trustwave partners now have access to recurring revenue through the option of a subscription-based licensing model. Trustwave is also offering a deal registration program to help partners protect their sales.
- New Global PartnerFocus Portal – The new Trustwave PartnerFocus Portal includes more than 500 new and refreshed data sheets, marketing templates and sales tools that partners can customize and co-brand. Content is also regionalized for global partners.
- On-Demand Training and Education – Trustwave is delivering new on-demand training that includes certified sales professional training modules across all products. Trustwave also plans to offer Certified Sales Engineer training in the near future.
