This week, we’ve got the latest news from Peak 10, Talari Networks and Logicalis—and that’s no joke.
Peak 10: IT infrastructure and cloud services provider Peak 10 named AVANT Communications as its 2014 IMPACT Partner of the Year this month during the company’s channel partner conference. This year marks the first time the company has presented its partner of the year award.
AVANT was chosen for several factors, including amount of new revenue generated, strategic alignment, partner engagement and advocacy for Peak 10 throughout the channel, according to the press release.
“AVANT is most deserving of this inaugural Peak 10 award,” said Steve Harris, senior vice president of national alliances for Peak 10, in a statement. “It maintains an excellent business reputation in our industry and is a world-class example of a bold visionary and thought leader. Having a team of knowledgeable, experienced, educated personnel promoting our expertise and solutions is the primary reason why we partner with AVANT.”
Talari: Software-defined WAN provider Talari Networks launched its new SMART Partner Program this week, with the goal of strengthening its channel-centric business and supporting its global community of channel partners.
The SMART program is based on of a pay-for-performance model, in which partners will receive additional enablement, engagement and financial rewards to help develop new business opportunities, according to the company. Partners are expected to receive benefits including increased productivity, enhanced business processes and additional enablement tools including training and support modules.
“With the SMART Partner Program we are investing in key areas to improve partner profitability, to better enable our partners in the SD-WAN markets and to reward those partners for their skill set and competency in supporting Talari solutions,” said Randy Schirman, vice president of Worldwide Sales at Talari. “All this with the ultimate goals of accelerating growth, expanding into new markets and the ability to better service our customers.”
Logicalis: IT solutions and managed services provider Logicalis US was recognized with an HP PartnerOne Enterprise Group Growth Reseller of the Year award during the recent 2015 HP Global Partner Conference in Las Vegas.
Logicalis earned the distinction of Growth Reseller of the Year for the company’s consultative service, customer satisfaction rates and year-over-year growth in HP sales in the United States, according to the announcement.
“Logicalis and HP have a history spanning over two decades of serving our mutual customers together,” said Samad Ali, vice president of HP Solutions, Logicalis US. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to customer service, as well as our ability to think outside the box, developing new ways for our customers to solve their toughest computing challenges with HP technology.”
