TPx Offers Recovery Packages for Harvey and Irma-Affected Businesses

TPx is now offering a comprehensive Hurricane Disaster Recovery Program for affected businesses to help them get back up and running.

PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS EVOLUTION — In the aftermath of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, businesses throughout Texas and the Southeast are faced with the daunting task of rebuilding damaged facilities and uniting displaced employees. To help our customers and friends through these challenging times, the TPx (Booth 1017 and a Signature Sponsor) team has worked hard to create and deliver long-term disaster recovery solutions. TPx is now offering a comprehensive Hurricane Disaster Recovery Program for affected businesses to help them get back up and running.

Included services

The Hurricane Disaster Recovery Program offers special discounts on two key services that will help businesses re-establish connectivity for their operations.  The UCx Hosted Unified Communications Service provides a TPx-hosted phone system that’s accessible over any broadband Internet connection — including mobile phones. The ITx for WAN service allows the quick set up of a fully-functioning business-class Internet infrastructure over broadband Internet or a wireless 4G LTE connection.

Simplified processes and waived fees

TPx knows that time is of the essence when businesses are struggling to rebuild. That’s why we’ve designed the Hurricane Disaster Recovery Program to help them get back up and running quickly, simply and with reduced uncertainty. We’ve streamlined our order and provisioning process to push each hurricane-related request to the top of the list. What’s more, TPx will waive all order expedite fees and most non-recurring charges for businesses in this program.

It can be difficult for businesses to plan for future expenses when they don’t fully know the extent of the financial loss they’ve incurred.  We have structured this recovery program so that they can choose to end their service contracts within 90 days without incurring an early termination fee if that’s what makes sense for their situation.

Eligibility and availability

The Hurricane Disaster Recovery Program is available until December 31, 2017, to any business located within counties designated by FEMA as Major Disaster Areas eligible for Individual Assistance due to Hurricanes Harvey or Irma.
