Info Directions Updates OnlineBill

Info Directions (Booth 711) has released its latest OnlineBill electronic bill payment and presentment application. The release focuses on enhancing an end users ability to conduct account management activities via the Web, the company said.

OnlineBill is integrated with operations and billing solutions, CostGuard.NET and CostGuard XG. It includes a GUI redesign and new features include trouble-ticket support, security tools and account management abilities.

The update also gives end users the same account view as the service providers customer care representatives in the CostGuard.NET/CostGuard XG operations, and grants them account management capabilities such as adding billing contacts, credit card information, and debit or e-check payment methods.

Today, end users want more than just basic EBPP capabilities; they want a robust online environment that gives them access to the key features and functions related to their account, said Don Culeton, president of Info Directions. OnlineBill streamlines basic account management activities, leaving the providers customer care organization to focus on those activities that require skilled interactions with client.
