Epic Software Unveils Next-Gen Web-based Enterprise CRM

Epic Software (Booth 818) has introduced a Web-based enterprise CRM software and professional services combination tool that gives telecom agents and their

customers an unparalleled ability to track and manage their telecommunication inventory, services, contracts, invoices and users company-wide in a secure hosted environment.

The CRM tool has three distinctive levels: administrator functionalities, agent functions and customer privileges. All levels provide users with access and features based on their specific criteria. The CRM module features include: users and accounts management, invoice management, contract management, trouble ticket reporting, search and utilities tools, along with various reporting features.

In todays environment, most agents and end users are maintaining their inventory in an old-fashioned system where all the data are centralized on one computer or are being hosted in an off-site location. Epics tool allows agents to have a centralized repository of their customers telecom information and access it securely from anywhere in the world. This software can be customized based on the customers specific needs. Epic says the maintenance-free software can run any Windows box, Linux or any other Java-compatible machine. Telecom agents can create trouble tickets, generate new orders, submit orders through Excel spreadsheets, and create individual privileges such as read or write access to specific accounts.

This robust software tool will assist telecom agents in differentiating themselves from their competition, said Isan Huq, Epics CTO. Customers will have access to their entire telecom DNA with a click of a mouse button and be able to place a new order, track orders, open trouble tickets, view contracts and much more.
