Converged Applications Session Explores Future of Business Communication
As part of the IP Communications education track, this panel will explore the broad range of applications possible with IP networks, much more than mere voice. These new IP communication systems can be the heartbeat of a company, providing mission-critical applications, such as unified messaging, conferencing and presence.
This session will describe what kinds of applications these platforms can provide, how to sell them to customers and how to gear up your organization to support them.
Speakers in the session include Sean Loftis, project manager, Technology Solutions Group (TSG). TSG was founded in 1999, and, as an Avaya-Loyal Dealer, sells Avaya equipment to the exclusion of competitive telecommunications products. TSG has received Avaya Platinum BusinessPartner designation based on revenue, technical certifications and customer satisfaction. Principals of the firm have a tenure track with Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
