Upstack's head of channels and alliances looks back on an amazing year.

Upstack has made huge waves in the agent channel this year. Seemingly coming out of nowhere, the company has landed $150 million in investment this year. It has used much of it to acquire partner businesses.

Craig Galbraith and James Anderson host the popular Coffee with Craig and James podcast on Channel Futures. They sat down for a live version of the ‘cast at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, Nov. 1-4. Their guest was none other than Nicholas Caruso, head of global channels and alliances at Upstack. Here, he talks about the company’s unique business model and its whirlwind of a year.
