BSG Clearing Solutions North America LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Billing Services Group Ltd., a clearing and settlement, payment and financial risk-management solutions group, announced the acquisition of VoiceLog LLCs (Booth 110) third-party verification (TPV) business. The all-cash deal values VoiceLog at $15.63 million and will be financed from the existing resources and facilities of Billing Services Group. The transaction closed on June 30.
