Access One Upgrades Sales Support

Access One Inc. (Booths 815-817) says it has formed a new sales support department with the purpose of speeding orders through provisioning and eliminating headaches.


Access Ones team of sales support representatives are available from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST to help its channel partners with preparing orders for provisioning. They work with partners through each step of the sales process, providing pricing and product information and even completing order forms.


With this new team in place, order processes will be streamlined, accounts will start billing sooner and you will get your commissions faster, says Melissa B. Staehle, marketing manager for Access One.


Established in 1993, Access One, Staehle says, offers a diverse product set, competitive pricing, redundancy through multinetwork solutions, on-time commissions and one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry.
