Whaleback Managed Services has announced a new productivity management tool, CrystalBlue Call View, designed to work with the company's CrystalBlue Unified Communications Services. The new tool allows the company's customers to collect, analyze, and report on employee calling activities. Here are the details.
CrystalBlue Call View provides companies with reports of call detail and phone usage of employees. In addition, the tool helps businesses track the time employees are spending on customer support, identify system abuse, boost employee productivity, plan staffing and scheduling, and allocate and minimize costs. CrystalBlue Call View also includes the following:
- Report access from anywhere at Whaleback's website.
- Additional support available for custom reports at Whaleback's Managed Service Center.
- Reports can be downloaded as spreadsheets for flexibility.
- Filters are used for reports to ease the burden of sorting.
Back in June the company launched 911 services to improve emergency response for businesses, educational institutions, and government facilities.
