Venture Group Enterprises Inc. announced it is now representing ENTELEGENT Solutions Inc., a managed services provider with an agent-only model. ENTELEGENT’s solutions are immediately available for sale through Venture Group subagents.

ENTELEGENT’s invoice consolidation solution, EnTele-Bill, along with EnTele-Manage, which manages multiple billing environments, can help companies better manage their communications infrastructures. ENTELEGENT receives a company’s invoices for multiple carriers, products and/or locations, consolidates the data and provides functional reports through a Web portal. In addition, ENTELEGENT customers are able to enter and manage change orders (moves, adds, changes and deletions) and trouble tickets through the same Web portal. The order/ticket is routed to the appropriate carrier and project managed to completion. Status updates are provided via Web portal, e-mail, and/or callback depending on customer preference.

For larger opportunities, ENTELEGENT can also private-label the services so the agent can appear to handle telecom services (voice, data, Internet, wireless, etc.), but now also can offer turnkey telecom department outsourcing under their own brands.
