Ulistic Assists MSPs With Marketing in Australia
Ulistic is best-known for North American consulting services that assist MSPs with marketing and search engine optimization. But now, Ulistic President Stuart Crawford is expanding his company’s focus to Australia — which is a familiar theme in the managed services market.
“Plenty of opportunities present themselves for MSP support in the global arena,” said Crawford through a company press release. “Little by little we are expanding our horizons from North America to other countries where we have a prime opportunity to fulfill our overriding goal of ensuring that MSPs and VARs have the knowledge and tools they need to propel their business towards success. Sydney, Australia, is just the first stepping stone.” We’re double-checking with Crawford to see if Ulistic will have a local presence in Australia.
Ulistic launched an MSP-target marketing website in late September of 2010. Part of their venture into the space includes holding on-site training workshops throughout the United States. So far, Ulistic has training sessions coming up in Nashville, Tenn.; Seattle, Wash.; and Boston, Mass. to teach MSP’s how to build websites and how to use SEO link-building to their advantage.
Meanwhile, the managed services trend in Australia continues to accelerate. Most of the major RMM (remote monitoring and management) and PSA (professional services automation) software companies have either opened offices or hosted road shows in Australia since 2009 or so. And some former Australia VARs have emerged as managed services pundits in the country. One prime example is Mathew Dickerson, author of SLAM (service level agreement model).
