Swisscom Mobile has completed its migration to Portal Software Inc.s flagship Portal 7 platform for billing and revenue management.

The migration delivers support for data roaming and concludes the second phase of a multiphase program to replace Swisscom Mobiles legacy billing system.

By the projects completion, Portal will be providing the billing, invoicing and revenue sharing capabilities for Swisscom Mobile.

Portals roaming manager delivers flexibility on products and bundles using up-to-date standards, such as TAP3, to take advantage of global roaming initiatives while hiding the complexity of the third-party value chain, the company says.
