Supplies Network has added several new features to its MyPrinterManager.com online portal. The portal is designed to provide print administrators and managed print providers with the ability to view everything they need to know about their customers' print environments.
The recent update includes:
- A new Customer Dashboard sales funnel tool that lists details and status of all active contracts and prospect opportunities
- Ability to view all devices under management with current supply levels and tracking of upcoming and previous shipments
- Service tickets
- Request new data collection installs
- View stale environments (before customers are even aware)
- View and simplify CPI Invoicing.
