OS33 Launches IaaS Platform for MSPs

OS33, which develops a cloud-based platform for managed services providers, has launched  OS33 Grid, an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). The grid offering is designed to work with OS33’s existing managed services software, according to OS33 President and Co-founder Jacob Kazakevich.

The new cloud offering connects the dots between OS33 and Avazpour Network Services — both of which are backed by Technology Capital Investors (TCI). OS33 worked with Avazpour to build the OS33 IaaS offerings. OS33 then called on Avazpour President Jim Avazpour to become their President of Infrastructure.

“It’s a symbiotic relationship,” said TCI Managing Partner Sam Attias. “Clients will benefit from OS33’s new platform, and in return, OS33 will get feedback and business from TCI clients.”

The new OS33 grid will allow MSP’s to tap into an unlimited supply of cloud systems throughout the United States, the company claims. It’s unique, said Attias, in that its a software + infrastructure platform and is designed and optimized for Windows-based hosting. “Our investors believe in our strategy,” said Attias. “They will give us time to see returns.”
