Naverisk Doubles Managed Services Partner Base

Naverisk, the upstart managed services software provider, doubled its MSP partner base in 2011 and is experiencing continued growth in 2012, according to CEO Jon Kalaugher. The company's latest software release, Naverisk 5.1, combines RMM (remote monitoring and management) with service desk capabilities.

Naverisk, the upstart managed services software provider, doubled its MSP partner base in 2011 and is experiencing continued growth in 2012, according to CEO Jon Kalaugher. The company’s latest software release, Naverisk 5.1, combines RMM (remote monitoring and management) with service desk capabilities.

Based in New Zealand, Naverisk has been expanding globally. Kalaugher is in the United Kingdom at the moment, and it sounds like he’ll be sharing some international updates in the next few days or so.

I don’t know if Naverisk is profitable, nor do I know the exact size of Naverisk’s partner base. But it’s clear Naverisk is building alliances in a quest for growth. Over the past year Naverisk has completed integrations with Autotask, ConnectWise and Reflexion Networks, among other MSP-centric software and cloud companies.

I’m also curious to learn more about Naverisk’s focus on service desk capabilities. Over the past year many RMM software providers have either launched or partnered up to promote NOC (network operations center) and help desk services.
