MyTELEPATH & Vaultas Deliver Hosted PBX to SMBs
MyTELEPATH, a managed services and hosted VoIP provider, has partnered with Vaultas, a builder and operator of vendor-neutral data centers, to promote hosted PBX and hosted call center services to SMBs in the upper mid-western United States. Here’s how MyTELEPATH plans to leverage the new partnership.
The agreement centers around Vaultas’ fiber-optic network and collocation data center in Alexandria, Va. MyTELEPATH plans to use the data center to collocate IT equipment and infrastructure in order to support a VoIP and call center offering for SMBs in the Alexandria, Duluth and Minneapolis region.
MyTELEPATH already supports many SMBs in the Western and Southeastern United States and has been searching for a way to expand into the mid-western market. The company also offers enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management, in addition to its Hosted PBX and VoIP solutions. No word yet on whether its full suite will be available in the mid-west.
Interestingly, the news of the MyTELEPATH-Vaultas partnership surfaced the same day that Integra Telecom introduced PBX and Hosted PBX solutions network-wide. We’ll monitor whether competition between Integra and MyTELEPATH arises.
