MSPmentor 250 List: 2013 Honorees Part 5 of 10

Mark Jacobson, CEO, NetGain Technologies

Since Mark and his brother Jim took over NetGain Technologies from their father in 1996, they have grown the business from a small, on building organization to the regional powerhouse. They are still cementing their legacy with the most recent acquisition of NCDTech in St. Louis – announced today, June 11. While the company’s managed I.T. services have been globally recognized and their engineers’ expertise and certifications nationally awarded, Mark and Jim continue to focus on providing local service and remain true to NetGain’s vision statement: creating happy clients through effective technology solutions. Their belief in the organization’s capabilities and in the worth of Technology OneSource is unmistakable (they grew managed services by 40% last year), and they continue to lead with a passion that is absolutely contagious.
