ManageEngine, Zoho Offer Single MSP Support Dashboard
ManageEngine and Zoho are integrating their network monitoring and remote control software. In theory, MSPs will gain a single dashboard for a growing number of customer monitoring and remote IT support tasks. Here’s why.
ManageEngine and Zoho (the SaaS specialist) are both owned by Zoho Corp. ManageEngine offers network, systems, applications and security management software. The company has integrated its MSP Center Plus remote system monitoring solution with the Zoho Assist online remote session service, giving MSPs a single user interface. ManageEngine customers and partners can test a free, 30-day trial of the newly integrated solution.
Single dashboard solutions continue to grow in popularity. At Nimsoft, the company has been integrating its remote monitoring software with a recently acquired service desk solution. And a growing number of MSP software providers now support NTRglobal‘s remote desktop, secure chat and IT automation software.
Meanwhile, ManageEngine has been busy on the R&D and road show front. The company updated the ManageEngine VoIP management engine in mid-October, 2011. Also, ManageEngine is on the road promoting its strategy to MSPs.
