Presidio Networked Solutions, a managed services provider, has acquired INX Inc., a fellow managed service provider. Presidio will bulk up its staff to over 1,800 IT pros throughout approximately 50 offices across the U.S.
INX also brings vertical market expertise to the table. The company signed a $750,000 managed services deal with a community healthcare organization in Southern California in early October 2011. So why sell now? I'll let INX President and CEO Mark Hilz explain.

"Combining our organizations will enable us to accelerate our growth and quickly build the scale that we need to provide the highest quality of service to our clients...this combination is a win for our clients, employees and our shareholders."
