Lightpath says its new managed service offering will bring simplicity to business video conferencing.

Lightpath is hoping to simplify business video conferencing by introducing a new managed service offering to mid-market and large companies.

Announced this week, Lightpath Video Conference is designed to provide video conferencing services that can be launched from a range of endpoints, including desktops, mobile devices or tablets.

Lightpath Video Conference, a cloud-based service that can connect and conference businesses with up to 25 attendees, provides system design and installation; virtual meeting room services that support existing or new equipment and can be launched from any device; 24/7 helpdesk access; and optional proactive monitoring.

Lightpath, a division of Cablevision Systems Corporation (CVC) is an Ethernet-based communication solutions provider for businesses located in the New York metropolitan area.

The company’s portfolio of managed service offerings includes Managed Backup, Managed WiFi, Conference Bundle, Managed Video Service and Next-Generation Hosted Voice.
