Intelisys Communications Inc. has announced the launch of Intelisys Business Solutions (IBS), a telecom lifecycle management initiative targeted especially toward SMBs.

IBS offers intuitive access to telecom service inventory; reconciliation of carrier invoices; dispute management services; electronic payment notifications; account payable services; and improved business intelligence via real-time financial and operational analysis.

IBS is supported by PAETEC’s PINNACLE Communications Management Suite.
