SysAid Technologies, which develops IT service management (ITSM) and customer service support software, has added two new executives as part of its plan to expand its international presence.

The first is Eran Waldman (pictured), whom SysAid has hired as VP of finance. Waldman’s overall familiarity with SysAid Technologies and financial expertise were the main factors that led to his appointment, according to SysAid. Waldman ran his own CPA and financial investment practice for eight years before joining the SysAid executive team. In his new role, Waldman will be responsible for financial analysis, accounting, investor relations, and will handle all audits and consulting services for SysAid’s business clients.

Then there’s Dan Benger — SysAid’s new VP of sales. Benger has held worldwide sales and business development leadership positions with Interwise, Netcom and TTI Telecom. As VP of sales, Benger will be charged with leading SysAid through a period of “rapid growth,” according to SysAid Technologies Founder and CEO Israel Lifshitz.

SysAid spent most of 2011 developing ITSM and help desk software for mobile devices like the Apple iPad and several Android mobile devices. In announcing its new executive appointments, SysAid only said that it plans to expand its global presence. The company did not give any specifics as to where it plans to expand. We’ve reached out to SysAid for more details on its expansion plan.
