OSG Billing Services said Wednesday it will manage invoice presentment and distribution services for ETEX Telephone Cooperative, a telecom provider that services more than 17,000 members in rural Texas.

ETEX provides communications, entertainment and information services.

It had conducted billing in house, but said use of employees time, postal costs and new regulations were reasons to switch to OSG.

ETEX also plans to increase promotional efforts with the partnership by using selective inserts with invoices.
