Tellago Studios has developed a mobile IT management platform call Moesion. Tellago claims Moesion allows you to manage Windows-based IT systems (such as SQL Server and SharePoint) and cloud services from a host of tablets and smartphone running Windows Phone 7, Apple iOS and Google Adroid, among others. Tellago Studios CEO Jesus Rodriguez says Moesion is entering beta tests now.

“When you support applications in a cloud, maybe you’re notified of a problem over the phone, but you have to log on to your server to fix it,” Rodriguez explained. “Moesion lets you manage your server straight from your smartphone or tablet.” Rodriguez and the Tellago team plan to scale up the applications that can be managed from Moesion. Today, Moesion allows businesses to manage the following Microsoft-based infrastructures:

Tellago is creating an application store for Moesion through which customers will be able to pick and choose specific application management capabilities. Rodriguez said that support for Rackspace, VMware and Amazon servers is coming soon, too.

Moesion has been in private beta mode in recent weeks weeks. Today kicks off the public beta stage as more current Tellago clients test Moesion in their own environments. Moesion is still a few weeks away from hitting the open market, but until then, Tellago will be hosting informational events throughout the U.S. and London in September and October to spread the word about the enterprise-centricx mobile management platform.

Moesion is priced at three different tiers.

Tellago Studios has more technology developments on the way, but it wants input from potential partners and customers. Wthin the next few weeks Tellago will release a company roadmap from now until the end of year. Then it will let the IT community vote on the solutions and decide the order of development. “We want them to tell us whether we’re crazy or on the right track,” Rodriguez said. We’ll keep an eye out for the roadmap.

Interesting to note: Moesion won’t initally support BlackBerry devices because it will be launched in North America where BlackBerry use has been on the decline. But Tellago plans to take Moesion to Northern Europe and Northeast Asia where BlackBerry devices are still popluar. Rodriguez said at that point the company will look into BlackBerry support.
