Druva has added a customizable management console for managed service providers designed to help scale MSP adoption with the launch of new capabilities for its InSync platform.

The InSync platform additions are expected to help MSPs get a head start on building their Druva services strategies and get them on the fast track to making higher margins. The additions to the InSync data availability and governance platform launched in conjunction with the debut of the data protection company’s dedicated PartnerSync program for MSPs.

Both efforts are part of Druva’s latest efforts to flesh out its cloud-based global MSP channel strategy.

“Managed services and cloud-based services is a multi-billion dollar industry and continues to grow at impressive double-digits,” said Scott Siragusa, vice president of Business Development and Channels at Druva, in a statement. “More and more businesses are turning to MSPs to manage their daily data protection priorities and business needs, which is why we are building new capabilities tailored to the MSP community and allowing them to easily scale and grow their Druva business.”

Chief among the InSync platform changes is the addition of a new administrative console, which includes options for centralized customer management and partner co-branding, according to Druva. MSP partners will have access to the platform through the PartnerSync for MSP program, which includes a number of standard reseller benefits such as lead generation resources, training and certification programs and deal registration protection.

MSPs are placed within the PartnerSync program based on their level of engagement, with Authorized MSPs standing in for the traditional bronze-level designation. Similarly, Certified MSPs occupy the middle-tier offering, while Elite MSPs will receive the highest margins available to partners.

Partners will gain a completely cloud-based offering of inSync through the program, which includes the aforementioned client and admin console as well as a centralized MSP Management console, according to Druva. The MSP management console and co-branding capabilities are only available to Druva PartnerSync for MSP members.
