Continuum Selected as Exclusive RMM Solution

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider Continuum has won an exclusive agreement with master MSP Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks on Call that designates Continuum as the RMM platform of choice for all U.S.-based franchises across both organizations. Continuum says the deal builds on its efforts to work with managed services franchise organizations.

By extending Continuum’s industry-leading managed services platform to hundreds of franchises in the United States, the company seeks to assist franchise owners by providing comprehensive end-to-end RMM platform supported by intelligent monitoring, a tightly integrated  Network Operations Center (NOC) and 24/7 Service Desk. To accomplish this task, Continuum hopes to deliver IT software and services that help franchises across the country.
