Codero Hosting CEO Emil Sayegh says the industry has been requesting more integrated services.

Codero Hosting is leveraging a new automation hosting layer and augmenting its technical support team to provide a new managed services offering to its customers.

The Lenexa, Kansas-based managed cloud hosting solutions provider on Tuesday said its new managed service, called Codero Proactive Managed Hosting, takes the managing of the IT infrastructure up to the application layer out of the hands of customers.

Through its managed service, Codero manages data center infrastructure, networks, networking devices, operating systems and applications subsystems for customers.

Codero Hosting CEO Emil Sayegh said in a prepared statement that the company introduced the new service “in response to customer and industry requests for a more integrated service that takes advantage of the automation benefits of our existing on-demand hosting platform.”

“Internet-dependent businesses can now rely on Codero Proactive Managed Hosting in tandem with all of our other offerings for an unmatched curated service powered by a dedicated team of experts,” he said.

He added: “Customers get a fundamentally better and more cost-effective way to manage their IT infrastructure so they can instead focus on business.”

The company said Codero customers have already been using Proactive Managed Hosting in beta for nearly six months.
