Billing Concepts Inc. (BCI, Booth 612) and ACI Billing Services Inc. (ACI, Booth 612) have joined forces to create the largest clearinghouse in the United States, say the companies. Billing Services Group LLC, the new holding company of BCI and ACI, will bill and settle at least $1 billion annually and is the newest addition to the investment portfolio of ABRY Partners, LLC. This is the first time the companies have exhibited together.
